        Beginning Sunday, September 30, starting with block No. 1801 scheduled to arrive eastbound at South and Lombard Streets at 8:17 A.M., eastbound cars of the No. 18 line will be operated over the present route to Redwood and Calvert Streets, then via:

                        East  on Redwood Street,
                        South on South Street,
                        East  on Lombard Street,
                        then over the present route.

        Westbound cars of the No. 18 line will be operated over the regular route to Lombard and South Streets, then via:

                        North on South Street,
                        West  on Redwood Street,
                        North on Eutaw Street,
                        then over the present route.

        In addition to the present transfer privileges, the issuance and acceptance of transfers will be as follows:
