Route 1 - No Alerts

Route 2 - Diesel Bus Operation on Weekends this Summer.
Due to the need to renew 3.5 miles of overhead wire in West Baltimore, Trackless Trolley Route #2 will operate with motor buses on Saturdays and Sundays until Labor Day.  Minor reroutings may be made as necessary while work is going on. 

Route 4 - No Alerts

Route 5 - Detour via Linden Avenue portal on Weekends in August
Minor trackwork on Madison Avenue will necessitate the rerouting of Route 5 and 31 through Linden Avenue from 10pm on Fridays to 5 am on Mondays every weekend in August.  5 line cars will make all stops along the detour trackage.

Route 8 - No Alerts

Route 9 - Use of Double Ended Kawasaki Cars during Summer Months should temperature top 90 degrees at Daytime.
Due to rider complaints from the lack of Air Conditioning on the Semi-Convertible cars, should WBAL TV's expected high be more than 90 degrees, modern cars will be assigned to all base service on route 9 for that day.  Evening Service will still be provided by Semi-Convertible Cars.

Route 10 - Detour for 4th of July Celebration
Coaches of the 10 and 18 lines will divert around the Inner Harbor Fireworks festivals from 8:00pm until 11:00pm.  Coaches on either line may be caught on Fayette and Baltimore Streets using the 16 lines wires during this time.

Route 11 - No Alerts

Route 13 - Shuttle Bus operation between North & Washington and Wolfe & Aliceanna
Effective May 13th and continuing until March of next year, a track renewal project on Wolfe and Washington Streets will necessitate the use of shuttle buses between these two points.  Free continuation between the cars of the 13 line and the buses will be available.

Route 17 - Shuttle Bus Operation between Camden Station and Westport on Labor Day Weekend
In preparation for the upcoming extension of Route #17 to Friendship International Airport, Route 17 will be bused between Camden Station and Westport Loop to allow the installation of Track and Wire connections.  Free continuation will be available between buses and cars, while route KA buses will run a special schedule directly to Downtown.

Route 18 - Detour for 4th of July Celebration

Route 31 - Rerouting onto Linden Avenue on Weekends in August

Route 32 - Shuttle Bus Operation between Woodlawn Loop and Social Security Administration
Due to trackwork along Woodlawn Drive, Route #32 line service between Woodlawn and Social Security will be provided by buses effective July 1 until January 1.  Free continuation will be available between the two services.  As an added convenience, buses will be extended to loop East of Howard Park, adding additional free transfers to Route 33

Route 38 - Seasonal Service Schedule in Effect for Bay Shore Park Season
As a result in the seasonal surge in ridership on the Bay Shore Park Line, additional cars will be operated on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 10:00am, and 8:00pm.  This increase in service will yield a 10 minute interval between cars during these hours.

Route F - Temporary Extension of Route F to North & Washington to serve riders of Route 13 shuttle buses to Wolfe and Aliceanna.
While trackwork continues on Route 13, buses of Route F will extend their route to North & Washington to allow easier connection to shuttle buses operating along this branch.

Route H - No Alerts

Route K/KA - Shuttle Bus Operation between Camden Station and Westport on Labor Day Weekend

Route P - Extension of Route P to Inner Harbor for 4th of July Celebration
Between 6:00pm and 11:00pm, buses on Route P will extend via Fayette, Saint Paul, Light, Conway and Charles Streets to a temporary layover at Pratt Street.  Leaving, the buses will use Charles, Baltimore, and Gay Streets to resume their regular route.  This change is to accomodate the large numbers of riders expected for the Independence Day Celebration at the Inner Harbor.
